Once the service has been accessed or used (including access to Discord, guides, download links, or keys), no refund can be issued.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access or use of the service, and no usage has occurred, you may request a refund by contacting us at contact@dispurgen.com.
To request a refund, provide your order details, Whop receipt, and describe the issue clearly. Requests will be reviewed manually.
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, by purchasing a digital service with immediate access, you waive your right of withdrawal once the service has been used.
